Warranty and Returns
We want you to love your Takon purchase, pure and simple. If you don't love your purchase, return it for a refund within 90 days of order date.
Original proof of purchase required. Refund to be returned via original form of payment. To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, with all pieces and tags intact UNLESS return is initiated between 80 and 90 days after original purchase. In this case, items may be gently used but cannot show excessive wear and tear (excessive wear and tear to be determined by Takon once return is received). To begin your return, please fill out the contact form here and type the word "RETURN" in the name field as well as your order number in the body of the message. Your order number can be found on your original packing slip or your order confirmation email. Shipping will not be refunded, customer is responsible for return shipping.
Buyer pays return shipping, UNLESS:
If original buyer initiates return between 80 and 90 days from original purchase date and made the purchase at www.takonlife.com, Takon will pay for return shipping. We do this because we really want you to try the pillow while traveling. We want to give you ample time to do that.

Takon guarantees all products it sells. If our product doesn't meet your standards, fails during normal use, or fails due to material or workmanship defects, Takon will replace your purchase at its discretion. To begin a warranty claim, please fill out the contact form here and type the word "WARRANTY" in the name field as well as your order number in the body of the message. Your order number can be found on your original packing slip or your order confirmation email.
If item is obviously damaged or worn in any way other than from normal use, warranty eligibility will be up to Takon's sole discretion and may not be granted. If you are unsure if you qualify, please contact us via our contact page here and type the word "WARRANTY" in the name field. Items returned to Takon for warranty that don't qualify for replacement will not be returned to buyer.
